Please note that all sparring– be it with action flex sticks, rattan or empty hand– is completely voluntary. If you are interested purely in the practitioner program for health and fun, we do not require you to participate in any sparring. However, if you are looking to deepen your understanding of the adrenal state, and want to ensure that the functionality of the art is being learned, then look no further!
